It is a Global Crisis. At present, New York & vicinity area is hard hit in the USA.It is distressing to see people suffer. It hurts to see doctors, nurses, and care workers stretched to their limits. It is heartbreaking to see those who have lost their loved ones. Kindly take care of yourself & follow the guideline of social isolation. Follow Medical advised regarding Vit C, Zinc & dietary supplement, With that certainly follow Self-discipline, introspection, the practice of Surya Namaskar & Pranayam (deep breathing) to boost up our immunity.
You all are in my thoughts & prayers. Very regularly we pray for you all. Remember no prayers are unanswered; sooner or later all prayers are answered. So pray without fail. Prayers mean not to demand anything. Prayer is a connecting link from Individual Self to the Cosmic Self. Pray sincerely. Pray from the core of your heart.
May He the Supreme bless you all & restore normalcy!
